Returns & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Items reported after 7 days from delivery, or damaged due to misuse or improper handling, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
